An annual plan for non-US citizens that provides coverage for a group of executives, their spouses, and/or children traveling together for a period of one year. They are then covered during that year, in accordance with the terms of the plan, for each trip they take together outside their home country.

- When your group is traveling for temporary outreach or mission purposes, IMG can provide high quality travel medical insurance at affordable prices. Many sponsoring organizations are seeking ways to provide benefits should one of the group members become ill or have an accident. Emergency medical evacuation may be necessary if the local health system is unable to treat the condition. Domestic health insurance plans may not adequately respond to these needs.

- Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance is designed for organizations who have a group of 5 or more members that will be traveling together, and are traveling to a destination that is not the home country of any of the traveling members.
- Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance provides the same benefits as the individual Patriot Travel Medical Insurance but with a 10% discount for applying as a group.

- Three plan options are available: Basic short-term travel plan is an economical plan. Standard short-term travel plan is designed to meet the U.S. visa travel insurance requirements.
- Long-term annual plan has the flexibility to be tailored to meet specific needs of each program and can be renewed annually.
- Plans are available in monthly increments and if a minimum of 3 months is purchased, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of 24 months.
